These Terms of Service govern your use of the Coffee Making AI website at https://coffeemakingai.org ("Coffee Making AI", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Coffee Making AI is an independent AI video tool that lets you upload one or two photos and generate your own short video in the style of the Coffee Making AI trend. Coffee Making AI is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by ByteDance, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, any coffee brand, any AI app, or any creator whose clip is shown on the site.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use Coffee Making AI. You sign in with a Google account, and each person may have one account. You're responsible for your account and everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only photos you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent to put them in a video.
• Only adults (18+) or pets. No photos of minors.
• No photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
• Nothing sexual, hateful or misleading.

You're responsible for what you upload and for what you share.

How You May Use Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You may use the videos you make for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on your own social media accounts. Label them as AI-generated when you post them, and don't present them as real footage.

AI Results

The video is generated by an AI model, and results vary between renders. We don't promise that a video will look exactly the way you expect; please check it before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Credits are sold in one-time packs, not subscriptions, at the prices listed on the site in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits never expire. Videos have no watermark.

Refunds

If a finished video has a problem, email [email protected] and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method; if you only used part of a pack, the credits you haven't used are refunded in money too. Failed renders and photos the AI model refuses get their credits back automatically.

Refusal and Suspension

We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or our content rules.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Coffee Making AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
