This Privacy Policy explains how the Coffee Making AI website ("Coffee Making AI", "we", "us") handles information when you use https://coffeemakingai.org.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information. The email address and name from the Google account you sign in with.
  2. Photos you upload. The one or two photos you provide so we can make your video, including the faces of the people or pets in them.
  3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you, kept in your account.
  4. Payment records. Your orders and their status, received from Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
  5. Usage data. How the site is used, collected with Google Analytics.

How We Use Information

We use this information to make and deliver the videos you ask for, to process payments and credits, and to answer support requests. Your photos are only used to make your video. We do not sell your personal data, photos or videos.

AI Processing and Other Service Providers

To make a video, your photos are sent to an AI video provider. The AI provider doesn't keep the photos. We also rely on providers for hosting and file storage, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics), and they receive only what they need to do that job for us.

How Long We Keep It

  • Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
  • Generated videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
  • Your account stays until you ask us to delete it. To delete your videos or your whole account, email [email protected].

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember where a visitor first came from (kept for 30 days). We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Age

Coffee Making AI is only for people 18 or older, and photos of minors must not be uploaded.

Your Rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
